Trying to reset/recalibrate the steering angle sensor on a 2005 saab 9-5 2.3T.  I have a new ms906ts.  The menu option is there, but when I tell it to go it just displays "device limits exceeded".  It does the same thing on a 2006 saab 9-5 2.3T.  I borrowed a Tech II, and it reset them just fine.  Maybe I am missing something?????  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  On a side note, I also get the same "device limits exceeded" message when trying to change the esp settings on both cars.

I was unable to do the  IVD (interactive vehicle dynamics ) calibration on a 2004  Lincoln Navigator which requires turning the steering from one stop to the other, because I believe the turning angle degrees  exceeded what the Maxi Sys displayed in Live data as the normal steering angle pid range , the PID would read in the red after going past a certain amount of degrees to reach the stops which might have been a factor in the failure to perform the procedure.

Yes, I sent a datalog a few weeks ago, got no response.  So, I am unsure if they got it, or are working on it.  I thought I would try here, maybe I am missing something.  There is no internet at my shop, and I do not have WIFI at home, so logging the scanner online is a little interesting.  Again, just wanted to make sure I was not missing something simple.  Thanks
